Business Development and Sales Role

The Position

The ability to think outside the square and have the confidence to sell ideas to rapidly expand our business will make you succeed in this role.
 
Being new-business focused, the role requires you to pro-actively identify potential clients, as well as follow up on qualified leads generated by our Telemarketing Team, pitch for and secure new business opportunities, then build and maintain relationships with these clients.

Determining customer needs and making suggestions to meet client requirements is of upmost importance. You will also liaise closely with the Production Manager to ensure, upon client’s sign-off, projects are efficiently passed on to the design and development stage.

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated, articulate sales professional who understands the value of digital and direct marketing and can present this to new clients. However, ongoing training and support will be provided.

Requirements
• at least 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• proven track record of sales generation and relationship building
• ability to work autonomously
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• immaculate presentation
• tertiary qualifications (Commerce/Business) desired but not essential

Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
