Introduction

The MARCS brand is a success story within the Australian fashion industry. Now in its 22nd year, the MARCS business continues to grow, offering 18-45 year old customers with a disposable income, their favourite MARCS men’s and women’s designs, successfully leveraged by a blend of aspirational designer imports.
The Challenge
MARCS came to Zoogle Interactive with the desire to refresh and revitalize their online presence. The challenge was to create a website which would be both functional and aesthetically appealing.
The Process

Unhappy with their level of brand recognition, MARCS enlisted Zoogle’s technical and development expertise to assist in developing a new website with the provision of design concepts provided by an external design agency.
Utilizing the latest CSS and XHTML coding, Zoogle was able to apply the supplied design to a functioning website, complete with an ‘outside the square’ horizontal scrolling navigation.
The Result
Implementing multiple online registration forms and video footage within the horizontal format proved an interesting task. However, the end result was a stylish new website which reflects the enhanced MARCS brand personality and engages their audience, encouraging ongoing interaction and return visits to the website.
