In 2005, Danny was awarded the fourth highest income producer and third highest auction lister in the whole of the Laing + Simmons Corporation.
The Challenge
Danny Doff required a new means to market himself as a successful real estate agent. Danny wanted to be able to keep in regular contact with his previous and potential customers to be able to let them all know how the property market in their local area is going or to inform them of new properties for sale.
The Process
Danny Doff initially came to Zoogle needing help with his email marketing. We set Danny up with Zmail and a newsletter template design so that he could effectively broadcast his regular newsletters to his database of potential home buyers and sellers. Once Danny’s Zmail account was setup, he faced the issue of how to grow his email database. Unable to capture new user information on the Laing + Simmons main website, Zoogle’s solution was quite simple, to build Danny a website of his own so that he could market himself and the properties he was selling, all the while being able to grow his database by using the Zmail newsletter signup feature.
Zoogle Interactive created the new website using their real estate technology; “Zproperty”. By using Zproperty, his website visitors are now able to print well formatted brochures in 3 different formats; send links to friends; send an enquiry directly to Danny; search for properties within a certain price range, location, area and much more.
The Result
Danny Doff now experiences a much greater freedom in being able to promote himself and the business he works for online with his own website and email marketing technology. Unlike when Danny’s only web exposure was the Laing + Simmons website, dannydoff.com provides Danny an avenue to display his properties alone.
